Swank offers a full range of benefits to all eligible employees, below is a complete list of available benefits from Swank Motion Pictures, Inc.

 

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP): Employees and their immediate family are eligible for this employer-paid, confidential, comprehensive program provided by Magellan Behavioral Health. The EAP offers free consultation, information and personalized community referrals for assistance including, but not limited to, Everyday Issues, Financial Issues, Education & Schooling, Parenting & Child Care and Home Furnishings.

 

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM: The company will reward a cash referral bonus to any employee who refers a candidate who is hired in a part-time or full-time capacity for any of our divisions.

 

HOLIDAYS OBSERVED: The Motion Pictures and Corporate offices are closed in observance of annual company holidays. Employees are paid regular hours for these days.

 

MEDICAL INSURANCE: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Swank's Group Health Plan offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri. Employees can obtain individual, dependent or family coverage under the Major Medical plan. The Medical Program offers a PPO Network and a 3-tier Prescription Drug Program. A Vision Reimbursement Plan is part of the Major Medical benefits at no additional cost.

 

DENTAL INSURANCE: The Swank Group Dental Program offers PPO coverage through Delta Dental. Employees can obtain individual, dependent or family coverage under the Dental plan. GROUP TERM LIFE INSURANCE: All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in Swank's Group Term Life Insurance Plan offered through Principal Financial Group. This life insurance coverage is paid by Swank.

 

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE: Additional voluntary life insurance is also available for employees to purchase. This coverage is available for employees, spouses and children.

 

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Flexible Spending Program offered through ADP. This program allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover reimbursable Medial and/or Dependent Care expenses.

 

ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) INSURANCE: All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in Swank's Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Plan offered through Principal Financial Group. The AD&D Plan is paid by Swank up to a maximum amount. Additional voluntary AD&D coverage is also available for employees to purchase for themselves and their families.

 

RETIREMENT PLAN 401(k): All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in Swank's 401(k) plan offered through Principal Financial Group. Employees may contribute 1% to 50% of their annual salary on a pre-tax basis. All employee contributions are automatically 100% vested. After one year of service, Swank will match a percentage of the employees contributions. The vesting schedule for company match dollars increases incrementally by 25% each year, until 100% is achieved.

PERSONAL TIME: All full-time employees are eligible to accumulate personal time, which is paid time off to be used for illness, emergencies, doctor appointments, etc. Personal time is earned based on time worked and may be used in hourly, half or full day increments depending on the employee's job status.

 

VACATION TIME: All full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation time. Vacation time is earned based on length of service. Swank encourages all employees to take time off annually for rest and relaxation purposes.

 

SHORT TERM DISABILITY: All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in Swank's Short Term Disability Program offered through Principal Financial Group after the completion of one continuous year of full-time service. This plan provides income protection during an extended certified medically determined leave of absence. Short term disability premiums are paid by Swank.

 

LONG TERM DISABILITY: All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in Swank's Long Term Disability Program offered through Principal Financial Group after the completion of one continuous year of full time service. This plan provides income protection during a major leave of absence for certified medical reasons. Long term disability premiums are paid by Swank.
