Synopsis

A closeted trans teen grapples with her identity in a conservative town. Struggling with strict upbringing, she seeks approval from her hyper-masculine Deputy father while facing harassment from a local bully. When caught stealing, she is pushed to confession and finds solace in a kind nun. When learning her gender isn't sin, she begins her journey to acceptance, despite a disinclined family.
