Synopsis
A deadbeat yahoo (Kevin Costner), through an unusual chain of events, must recast his ballot to decide who will be elected the U.S. President, but before he decides he must endure aggressive political courting and a media circus. Madeline Carroll plays his daughter; Kelsey Grammer and Dennis Hopper portray the candidates. Directed by Joshua Michael Stern, who cowrote the script with Jason Richman.
