Synopsis
FBI agent Jake Kelly (James Van Der Beek) stumbles onto a dangerous conspiracy during a trip to Taiwan to investigate the murder of a Taiwanese-American professor. Sent to aid the Taiwanese government in their search for the killers, Agent Kelly works with an American diplomat and a Taiwanese official to track down the suspects. But when Taiwanese activist Ming tells Kelly the truth about an island once known as Formosa, international tensions begin to heat up.
