Synopsis
Joan Huang (Shirley Chen) is a Chinese American teen who is obsessed with her popular classmate and influencer, Olivia (Amelie Zilber). Joan bleaches her hair to look more like Olivia and begins to get noticed. A targeted advertisement draws Joan to Ethos Inc., where the founder, Willie Sims, explains his experimental "ethnic modification" surgery can make anyone white.
