August 26th 

Offer workshops focused on empowering women and promoting gender equality before or after your screening. Topics can include self-care, leadership development, negotiating skills, career advancement and overcoming gender-based challenges. Provide resources and tools to help students navigate gender disparities and succeed in various fields.

Organize a peaceful march or rally on campus to raise awareness about women's equality before your screening. Invite students, faculty and staff to join in, carrying signs and banners with messages promoting gender equality, women's rights and social justice. Collaborate with local women's organizations or feminist groups to amplify the impact of the march.

Host networking events that facilitate connections between students and successful women professionals before or after your screening. Invite alumnae, industry leaders and mentors to share their experiences and offer career advice. Provide opportunities for students to build relationships, gain mentorship and expand their professional networks.

Organize a symposium focused on women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. Invite women scientists, engineers and researchers to speak about their work, challenges they have faced, and opportunities in STEM.

August 4th 

Create an event all about celebrating friendships! Include BFF DIY’s – like bracelet making –, a friendship version of The Newlyweds game, and a fun photo op so best friends will never forget the fun they had at your event!

We screened 'Friends,' 'Saved by the Bell,' and 'Boy Meets World' and tried to come up with different themed food/decorations for the programs. They all turned out fantastic and the students absolutely loved them!”
