Synopsis
Inspiring, fact-based portrait of a mentally handicapped man who's befriended by a high-school football coach in 1970s South Carolina. Mike Rich's script is based on a Sports Illustrated profile written by Gary Smith. The real-life "Radio" Kennedy and Coach Harold Jones appear at the end of the film.
