Synopsis
After a massively successful career in both the cutthroat world of business and politics, Dick Cheney finds a very useful ally in presidential candidate George W. Bush. As he's given massive responsibilities beyond his scope of political power, he is able to maneuver through ethics and policies to shape the country in ways he saw fit.
