Synopsis
Rock-and-roll fable in which soldier-for-hire Tom Cody must rescue his ex-lover, Ellen, who was kidnapped by a vicious biker gang. Tom teams up with a female ex-soldier named McCoy, heavily arms himself, and goes after Ellen in an unnamed dark, damp, and pulsating city out of time.
