Synopsis

A different kind of Alfred Hitchcock film: a fact-based, semi-documentary account of a New York City musician who is falsely accused of an armed robbery and the nightmarish impact it has on him and his family, especially his mentally unstable wife. The idea for the motion picture came when Hitchcock read about the miscarriage of justice in a Life magazine article.
