Synopsis

The dalmatian pup Patch tries to stand out from a crowd of 100 brothers and sisters by stealing away to London for the chance to audition for a role on a TV show starring his canine idol, Thunderbolt. Trouble, by the name of Cruella DeVil, shows up in England's capital to hatch her latest dog-napping scheme with assistance from an abstract artist who works with spots.
