Synopsis

Jesús is a young boy who hails from a rural farming community in Mexico and nurtures aspirations of playing professional soccer. His father persuades him to travel to Los Angeles to attend an elite training camp. Yet Jesús quickly realizes his father's betrayal when he discovers he's trafficked across the Mexican-American border to work in a sweatshop. Jesús must then consider the ramifications of a bold escape if he is to reclaim his life.
