\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSwank Streaming is so much more than just movies because it is a way that we really hook the kids with the video that we’re showing. And so maybe it’s a little movie clip. You’re not showing, like, the whole movie, and you are using it as a hook in your teaching. I can go in and I can look for any topic or subject to be able to support what our teachers are doing. And I love that because I can find grade level. I can find different subject levels that I might be looking, for and being able to pull out those clips or pull out even, like, whole movie movie segments and be able to show those too, I think, is just so important to kind of become part of our collection and that toolbox again of what we’re using within our library and our classrooms. we really need a resource like this to take care of some of those needs of not being able to use video like we used to or having things that are blocked or, having our teachers not use the streaming platforms that they might, want to use that they bring from home and being able to protect also our teachers, but also protect us as a school district on the video content that we’re using. adding that layer of bringing, like, video, I think really enhances what we can bring to our classrooms and, to our kids through their teaching. And that that’s exciting to me because that’s something that, is fairly, new to us too, to be able to use so many different, like, movies and clips that we’re using. And so being part of that collaboration and conversation, I think, is so fun.
