Synopsis
When his money gets tight, actor Nicolas Cage stumbles upon the ideal scheme to earn quick cash when an eccentric billionaire and longtime admirer invites him to make a paid appearance at his upcoming birthday party. Yet unbeknownst to his fan and secret drug runner, Cage doubles as a CIA informant intent on taking down the kingpin's smuggling operation.
