Synopsis
In 1918, Pearl lives with her controlling parents. While she takes care of her sick father, she struggles to free herself from her mother's conservative values. But Pearl's ambitions are larger than the small life she's trapped in, and she must pursue her destiny at all costs. A prequel to the 2022 film X centering on the early life of Pearl.
