IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you booked a new release that has an “anticipated” date, you will receive your order confirmation once the date is confirmed.
• We recommend contacting us at least two weeks before your event, but we can work with less notice if you’re in a pinch. We just need to know the date, movie and format.
• If you requested a physical copy of your movie, it should arrive at least two business days prior to your event. If you are not receiving a physical copy from Swank, make sure to source your own legal copy of the film. Prior to your event, we suggest testing the full movie using your equipment to make sure everything will go smoothly the day of.
