Synopsis

When LAPD K-9 officer Jake Rosser's dog Ace is killed in a Skid Row shootout, Rosser vows to get to the bottom of the killing. This results in him being taken off the force and blocked by Internal Affairs, who are at the root of a conspiracy. Determined not to give up, Jake teams up with a new partner - the titanium-toothed Socks - a violent K-9 with an unknown past. Together, the two work to break up the conspiracy, get to those behind it, and, most importantly, exact revenge for Ace's death.
