This accomplishment ties him with Walt Disney for the most Academy Awards won by a single person in one year.

Adrien Brody's compelling performance as architect László Tóth in "The Brutalist" garnered him the Best Actor award, marking his second Oscar win for Best Actor. The film also secured accolades for Best Cinematography and Best Original Score.

Recognized for its technical excellence, "Dune: Part Two" received Oscars for Best Sound and Best Visual Effects, continuing the franchise's legacy of groundbreaking production quality. The film's immersive sound design and visual effects helped bring the desert world of Arrakis to life, leaving audiences in awe.

The long-awaited adaptation of the beloved Broadway musical dazzled at the Oscars, winning Best Production Design and Best Costume Design. The film’s intricate set designs transported audiences to the magical land of Oz, blending vibrant fantasy with grand theatrical elements. Costume designer Paul Tazewell’s elaborate and colorful creations brought the characters to life, especially the iconic looks of Elphaba and Glinda, making Wicked a visual spectacle worthy of its accolades.

Peter Straughan's screenplay for "Conclave" earned the Best Adapted Screenplay award, recognizing his skillful adaptation of the source material. Additionally, the film's production design was acknowledged with a nomination, highlighting its meticulous attention to detail.
