Synopsis

It's all hands-on deck when the Bronx Zoo's tomistoma, a freshwater crocodilian, stops laying eggs and a team of keepers has to wrangle her into position for a medical exam. Then, when a newborn Thomson's gazelle isn't getting the necessary care from its mother, the veterinary team has to step-in to rear the baby antelope. And Mert the Goose, a beloved fixture of the Bronx Zoo, goes on a field trip into the city for specialized medical treatment.
