Synopsis
Two adventurous preteen girls use the power of a magical bracelet to do battle with a gang of nefarious dognappers. Helen (Ally Claire Carson) and her family are moving into their new home when they find a young girl named Marie tied up in their foyer. Even worse, Marie's poodle Elka has vanished. Helen and Marie soon find a magical bracelet and set out to solve a mystery involving missing dogs, vicious mobsters and one very crooked cop.
