Synopsis

The true story of a wealthy everyday man, Dave, who sets out to create a bank for ordinary people. When too many of his community members are hurting and being taken advantage of by the banks, Dave must become the first bank in one hundred and fifty years to be approved for operation in order to remedy this, all while battling the red tape and political pressure trying to stop him.
