Synopsis
A Hollywood screenwriter working on a script about juvenile delinquents takes in a female teenage troublemaker to help with his research, and has to deal with a fiancée who thinks that the relationship is more than platonic. The film's opening narration is provided by an Oscar statuette. This was actor-singer Dick Powell's final big-screen appearance.
