Synopsis
A young reporter travels to a circus where the ringmaster claims to possess a real-life mermaid. Convinced it's a hoax after meeting the "mermaid" performer Elizabeth on dry land, he discovers there's more to her than meets the eye and sets out to rescue her from the ringmaster's clutches.
